I am both a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a REALTOR(R) who specializes in the West Valley Senior Communities as well as Peoria. After 30+ years of appraising, I am now focusing on enjoying using my experience and knowledge to help people list and sell their properties, change homes or purchase new homes that fit their lifestyles. I have extensive experience working with people who have aged in their homes and are now looking to move on, and with families who have estates and trusts to settle. It has also been my pleasure to work with many who are relocating to Arizona or relocating within Arizona to find the property that says "home" to them.
